Privacy policy

Your information, handled thoughtfully.

Effective November 6, 2026

This policy explains how Elevate Courses LLC handles personal information in connection with this website, purchases from our Sasha Smith Academy product collection, and customer support.

Information we receive

Why we use it

We use this information to operate and protect the website, process and administer orders, provide digital access and purchase communications, answer questions, handle refunds, meet legal or accounting obligations, and investigate misuse or disputes. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these uses are based on performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating a secure business. We rely on consent where a particular use requires it.

Website and payment providers

ClickFunnels hosts this website and supplies its order and checkout functionality. The payment provider identified at checkout processes payment details and may conduct fraud, security, and regulatory checks under its own policy. We receive transaction and order information; raw payment-card details are handled through the payment provider’s interface. Service providers receive information needed for their role, including hosting, email, checkout, payment, and business administration. See ClickFunnels’ Privacy Policy.

Cookies and browser storage

ClickFunnels and checkout services may use cookies or similar browser storage for session continuity, checkout, fraud prevention, and order attribution. Our custom pages do not add advertising pixels or a separate third-party analytics service. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser; blocking required checkout storage may affect your ability to complete an order. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

Marketing choices

A purchase or support enquiry is not an automatic subscription to unrelated promotional emails. If you separately choose to receive marketing, you can opt out through the unsubscribe method in those messages or by contacting us. Transactional messages needed for an order or refund are handled separately.

Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose relevant information to providers assisting with the services above, where required by law, to protect legal rights or investigate fraud, or in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including legal, tax, accounting, support, and dispute requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it as appropriate. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for their role. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required by applicable law, appropriate transfer safeguards apply to such processing.

Your rights and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Email contact@edulifecoach.com to make a request. We may reasonably verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. A request will not result in unlawful discrimination against you.

Children

This website and ebook are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Please contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can review and take appropriate action.
