You can request a full refund of your ebook purchase within 30 calendar days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email contact@edulifecoach.com with the subject “Refund request.” Include your purchase email address and your order reference or receipt, if available. You do not need to provide a reason to use this 30-day policy.
What is refunded
A request within the 30-day period qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid for the ebook, including applicable taxes charged on that purchase. There is no restocking or cancellation fee. We return the refund to the original payment method through the payment provider used for your order.
When it appears
We process eligible requests after locating and verifying the purchase. Your bank or payment provider may take additional business days to show the credit. If you cannot find your receipt, contact us using the email address used at checkout so we can help locate the order.
Digital products
This is a digital ebook; there is no physical item to return. After a refund, your license to use the refunded digital content ends, and you should delete copies you retained.
No subscription cancellation needed
The ebook is a one-time purchase. It does not create a recurring subscription or a future renewal charge.
Your rights remain protected
This voluntary refund policy adds to, and does not restrict, any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to content that is not supplied, defective, or not as described. Requests outside the 30-day window can still be considered where required by law.
